Dani Otrakji is a Lebanese illustrator currently living and working in Brooklyn, NY. Her work doing album cover and comic book illustrations stems from the sense of liberation and political expression she strives to attain by creating an alternate universe in her drawings. By recreating this world, she hopes to radicalize and inspire the viewer, as she had been by the art and music she grew up on.
