“I'm really interested in art therapy and the experiential aspect of art making. I'm learning applique and embroidery and trying to get into making clothes and textile art. Academic art is boring and inaccessible. I'm more interested in people who are untrained or feel a compulsion to make things regardless of whether anybody sees it or not.”
